Order accuracy. My last order was incomplete! It was solved and take care of, but the wait period in too long and these mistakes are costly.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Mistakes seldom happen but we take each one seriously and address these immediately. We always ask you to look over the Order Summary email very diligently as within the attached document you will find your Order Details that provide an oversight of all the products that you are ordering and also list the relevant roster for each product. If you notice something is off then always make sure to contact us immediately, as we can still make changes at this point. That said, we got the new set of shorts made up and sent out on time for first season game.
